• Services Rendered: communicate your grievances; an appropriate settlement will be discussed & reached.

• Merchandise: with normal usage, if product is defective/breaks with-in 30 days of purchase, return item Postage Paid. Upon receipt, your replacement will be shipped, free of charge.

• Refunds: a fee upto 3.5% is debited from original sale, at our discretion.

• Virtual Events: "no shows" are non-refundable, though have future viewing via the emailed link.

• USA Orders are delivered via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, customers choice. These Services include Tracking & Insurance. All Rates set by USPS.

• International Orders sent First Class Package Service; Delivery Confirmation and Insurance included, when required.

As we are Responsible for our Actions and Re-Actions, no matter the premise or incident, you are welcome to cancel your Consultation/Attendance, even on same Day, provided you communicate PRIOR to Appointed Time/Event via Email, VoiceMail, Text, Tour Host, etc.

• If you are a "no-show", failing to contact, a $35 Fee will be debited at our discretion. Wherein a Deposit/Event Fee was rendered in advance, it will become forfeit at Host/Our discretion.

• Live or Virtual Recordings during Public Group Events via MultiMedia (audio, video, images, text, voice over, etc,), are the sole property of Visionary Guidance™/Cé Änn. Any ReUse of said MultiMedia is exclusively for informational, marketing & distribution purposes at Our discretion.

• Personal Information shared during live/virtual events is Participant Responsibility.

• Private Consultation (Sessions) recording is complimentary; Visionary Guidance™(VG)/Cé Änn(C) will be held harmless for any recording failure.

• Your Information albeit your responsibility, is a privilege for VG/C to retain; it is encrypted and safeguarded, used only for newsletters, email campaigns and advertising our products/services, until you communicate to us via digital (OPT-OUT), verbal (ASK), or hand (SIGNATURE), to STOP (your information is deleted).
