Services Rendered: communicate your grievances and an appropriate settlement will be reached.

• Merchandise: Under normal usage, if our product becomes defective/breaks with-in 30 days of purchase, please return the item Postage Paid. Upon receipt of item, a replacement will be promptly shipped, free of charge.

• Purchases: When a refund is processed, an accounting fee upto $25 will be debited at our discretion.

As We are Responsible for our Actions and Re-Actions, no matter the premise or incident, You are welcome to cancel your Consultation/Attendance even the Day Of, provided you communicate PRIOR to your Appointed time/Event time via Email, VoiceMail, Text Message, Tour Host, etc.

• If you are a "no-show" or fail to contact, a $35 accounting fee will be debited at our discretion. Wherein a Deposit/Event fee was rendered in advance to VG/Host, it will become forfeit at our/their discretion.

• Live or Virtual Recordings at Public Group Events via MultiMedia (Audio, Video, Images, Text, Voice Over, Etc.,), are the sole property of VG/C. Any ReUse of said MultiMedia is exclusively for Informational, Marketing & Distribution, Purposes at Our discretion. • Personal Information shared during Events is Participant Responsibility.

• Private Consultation (Sessions) recording is complimentary, wherein VG/C will be held harmless for recording failure.

Visionary Guidance (VG) is a tool for spiritual and personal growth, the scope of which is neither to be considered as treatment nor cure for any medical or psychological condition. Information received and taken herein is to be considered claim-less as an ability to treat such conditions. VG is not a replacement for physical, emotional or mental health care counseling, or therapy by licensed health care professionals. • Your Information albeit your responsibility, is a privilege for VG/C to retain; it is encrypted and safeguarded, used only for newsletters, email campaigns and advertising our products/services, until you communicate to us via digital (OPT-OUT), verbal (ASK), or hand (SIGNATURE), to STOP (your information deleted).
