CANCELLATIONS

• USA orders are delivered via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Services include Tracking & Insurance.
• Canadian & International Orders sent First Class Package Service; Delivery Confirmation and appropriate Insurance included when required.

• Services Rendered: communicate your grievances and an appropriate settlement will be reached.

• Merchandise: Under normal usage, if our product becomes defective/breaks with-in 30 days of purchase, please return the item Postage Paid. Upon receipt of item, a replacement will be promptly shipped, free of charge.

• Purchases: Where a refund is processed to you, an accounting fee will be debited of $5.
